If you're interested in booking a party, please create a profile to register. Once you have an account, simply follow the prompts to book your preferred party time.
You'll get to enjoy 1 hour of fun floor time with a certified coach, followed by 1 hour on the mezzanine.
Party package prices:
•$159.00 - Up to 15 participants (Small)
•$238.50 - Up to 30 participants (Medium)
•$291.50 - Up to 45 participants (Large)
Participants are defined as people on the floor.
Additional $6.50 will be automatically applied at the time of the booking, due to change in our insurance policy.
Online bookings are only available for small parties. If you want to book a larger party, you must first book the small party and then email info@ykgymnastics.com to request an increase in the booking. Increases to a booking must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the booking date. If you don't request the increase within this time frame, only the number of participants paid for will be allowed on the floor.
If you are interested in hosting a party with more than 45 children or if you would like to book an exclusive event, please contact us at info@ykgymnastics.com for pricing.
Note: Children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult on the floor. All individuals over the age of 1 will be counted towards the maximum number of participants booked.
Payment must be made at the time of booking, and all participants must complete a waiver form.
To ensure the best party experience, we kindly ask that you and your guests arrive 10 minutes early and wear comfortable clothing (no stockings or leggings that cover the feet).
We are pleased to offer the mezzanine for 1 hour immediately following the 1 hour on the floor, for you to enjoy your party treats. You are responsible for cleaning up, including sweeping, ensuring that all garbage is placed in the bins, and removing any tape. Clean-up should begin approximately 10 minutes before the end of the party.
All craft supplies and toys are strictly off-limits to all guests.
Helium balloons, popcorn, and alcoholic beverages are absolutely prohibited in the building.
