*Adult Gymnastics Classes* We are excited to continue our partnership with @captivate.gymnastics, as they offer coached, structured adult gymnastics classes right here in our facility! Their fall session runs from Sept-Dec, with acrobatics & tumbling classes on Sundays 7:30-9:30pm as well as regular artistic gymnastics on Tuesdays 7:30-9:30pm. CAPTivate Gymnastics is an inclusive and encouraging adult gymnastics club for ages 16+, all skill levels, all fitness levels, all genders, and all body types. They have a 2-week trial period at the start of the session and they even offer make-up classes for absences! Registration is open now - head to their website captivategymnastics.
