Gym Rules
- General Rules
- Parents watching from the mezzanine
- Children 6 and under must be accompanied on the floor by and adult for Drop-Ins
- Parents are not to take children off the floor with out informing the coach
- Watch your step, there are a lot of uneven surfaces
- No Food or Drink in Gym
- Long Hair must be tied back
- No one is allowed on the equipment without a coaches permission
- No jewellery
- No Chewing gum
- Hitting, foul language, and misbehaviour is not permitted
- Listen and respect your coach at all times
- No flips without permission
- Bare feet unless you have warts or sores, then wear socks or band aids
- No open wounds in the gym
- No eating in the change rooms
- No climbing the rafters
- Bars Rules
- No hanging from knees
- No walking just on feet on bars
- One person at a time on the bars’ platform
- Rings Rules
- Hold on to both rings
- No legs / feet through the rings
- No swinging side to side
- No spinning
- One person on the platform at a time
- Pit Rules
- Always land on your feet
- Always look before you jump
- No digging holes
- Heads must stay above the foam
- No picking pieces off foam blocks
- No hiding under mats in pit
- If there is an injury in the pit, DO NOT enter unless the coach instructs you to
- Trampoline Rules
- 1 person on white trampoline at a time
- Always walk on and off trampoline
- No objects on the trampoline
- You can jump from trampoline to pit if no one is in the way
- No jumping off the trampoline onto the floor
